Hi, I'm Nate

I'm a software engineer based in Heber City, Utah with over twenty years of experience building software. By day I lead technology at USAMM. By night and on weekends, I build apps through appBox().

I'm a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and I've sat through enough Sacrament Meetings where someone's phone goes off at the worst possible moment — including my own. That cringe-worthy scramble to silence your phone while the whole ward pretends not to notice? I wanted to make sure it never happened to me (or anyone else) again.

So I built Control That Ringer. It's the app I always wished existed — simple, free, and quietly working in the background so you can focus on what actually matters during worship.
