By downloading, installing, or using Control That Ringer ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Description of Service
Control That Ringer is a mobile application that helps you manage your phone's ringer settings by sending scheduled reminders and, when location is enabled, proximity-based notifications for designated locations. The app helps users discover nearby Meetinghouses and Temples. It comes pre-loaded with Temple locations of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, makes it simple to add Meetinghouses in a user's Stake, and also allows users to add any custom address. The app is provided free of charge with no premium tiers, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

Control That Ringer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. The app is an independent product created to help individuals show reverence during worship.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring the app has the necessary permissions to function correctly on your device.
- Understanding that the app's functionality may vary between Android and iOS platforms.
- Maintaining your device's operating system in a supported state.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code associated with Control That Ringer are the intellectual property of appBox(). You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will function without interruption or error. In no event shall appBox() be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app.
We are not responsible for any situation where the app fails to send a notification, including but not limited to: device compatibility issues, insufficient permissions, low battery, scheduled alarm delivery failures, or operating system restrictions.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device. If you have created an account, you can request account deletion by contacting us.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
